We have been able to deliver two REactions online this term involving 6 schools and around 200 children.
We created a bespoke REaction for Driffield Special School, travelling through the Bible with modern vehicles and old ones. We travelled from Eden to Canaan to Egypt and back through the desert to Israel to meet Jesus. The children enjoyed the activities and interaction via the screen had a great time!
We also developed REaction St John of Beverley together with Beverley Minster and St. Mary’s Church in Beverley. St John died 1300 years ago and is the founding father of the town of Beverley. He was a monk and later became a Bishop who spent time away from work and his retirement in a place called Indierawood, which is now called Beverley. He was a magnet for people alive as well as when he had passed away because of the impact he made through his faith in God. To celebrate his life this year we created the St John REaction and will carry it through to the autumn term, when hopefully, we will be able to return to churches and run face-to-face sessions again.
If your school would like online REaction sessions, please get in touch, and we will work out a bespoke programme for you!
