During this latest lockdown Adam and I have been beavering away to produce videos for primary schools that talk about emotional literacy to help children speak about their feelings so they can cope better with the present challenges. We have produced 4 KS1 and 4 KS2 videos in collaboration with Beverley School Christian Trust. They will be coupled with activity sheets, so that we will be able to offer Well-Being Packages for primary schools.
We are also planning to produce 4 videos for secondary schools.
Enabling children from an early age to share how they feel, giving them vocabulary, will help them with better mental health in the future as they learn to express themselves in difficult and distressing situations and processing their feelings, learning to regulate them.
